1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nanotrope's lead generation and online advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Nanotrope provides lead generation and online advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and acquire qualified leads through various digital marketing channels including social media platforms, search engines, and professional networks.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis as outlined in our pricing structure:

• Social Media Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who meets your specified criteria and has demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services through engagement with our advertising campaigns. Lead qualification criteria will be established during the onboarding process.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about target audience and business requirements
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing feedback on lead quality to improve service delivery

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee:

• Conversion rates or sales outcomes
• Specific lead volumes within defined timeframes
• Lead availability in all industries or geographic regions

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Nanotrope services remain our exclusive property. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials provided to us.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to our services will be discontinued.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nanotrope's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Brownsville, Texas.
